Open Equity Reports in BrokerPlus

Every report is built from the same set of sections. Choose which ones appear by default, put them in the order that reads best, and write the words that wrap around them once, rather than per client.

Setting the organization's default report sections, their order, and the subject, greeting and closing every client inherits.

One Master Template

Open Edit Report from Pulse > Reports > Equity to set the organization-wide default every recurring report inherits. A live preview beside the editor renders a sample report as you change it, so you see exactly what a client's report looks like before it ever reaches one.

Turning a Section Off

Eight sections make up a report: Greeting, Home Value, Home Equity, Additional Properties, Potential Savings, Borrowing Power, Mortgage Payments and Closing. A switch beside each of the middle six turns it off for every report the organization sends; the Greeting and Closing always run, since a report needs an opening and an ending.

Reordering the Sections

Drag a section by its handle to move it up or down. The Greeting and Closing stay pinned to the top and bottom regardless, so only the six sections between them can change places. This is the order every new report is built in, until a broker changes it again.

Your Subject, Greeting and Closing

The subject line, the opening paragraph and the closing paragraph are each their own editor, and each accepts variable tokens like the client's name so the same template still reads as personal. Changes save automatically as you type.

Changing One Client's Copy Before It Sends

From a client's own report preview, you can turn a section on or off just for them, saved as an override that persists across every future send. A recurring report stays capped by whatever the organization has turned off entirely - those sections show as off in your content preferences and cannot be forced on from here - while a one-time report has no such ceiling. A section the client's own data cannot support, like additional properties when they own none, shows as not available rather than as a toggle. Reset to recommended clears every override on that client's report back to the organization default.
