Read a Form's Submissions

See everyone a form has captured and open one without leaving the editor.

Open Lead Forms in BrokerPlus

A lead form is only useful if you can actually see who it caught. Every form's editor carries a Leads tab that lists everyone who submitted, refreshing on its own so a new arrival shows up without you reloading the page.

Where Submissions Appear

Open a form from Marketing > Lead Forms and select the Leads tab. The list checks for new submissions every thirty seconds on its own, so leaving the tab open during a busy campaign is a reasonable way to watch them land in real time rather than a habit you have to remember to repeat.

What Each Row Tells You

Each row shows the visitor's name, what they told you they're looking for, the amount they mentioned, their timeline, how long ago they submitted, and a status chip - either the stage you've moved them to, or Archived if you've set them aside. On a narrow screen the same information collapses into a card instead of a table, so nothing here is desktop-only.

Opening One Submission

Select any row, or press Enter on it, and a detail panel opens right beside it without navigating away from the editor. It carries their email and phone, the intent, amount and timeline from the row, their full message if they left one, and every other answer the form asked - labeled the way the question was actually worded, not by an internal field name. Tags the submission picked up show underneath. From here you can jump straight to Open Contact or fire off an email without hunting for their address elsewhere.

When the Same Person Has Submitted Before

If this visitor has submitted to this form or any other before, the panel shows a small note above the action buttons: how many other submissions exist, and when the most recent one landed. If their submissions have already turned into a deal, the same area names it - reference number, deal type and stage - with a button that opens it directly. A first-time submitter shows neither, so an empty panel here is itself information: nobody's seen this person before.

An Empty List on a Live Form

A form with no submissions yet shows a simple empty state instead of a blank table. If the form is turned on, it tells you it's live and listening, so an empty list is genuinely "nobody's filled this in yet" rather than a sign something's broken. If the form is off, the same screen offers a Turn It On button right there, since a form nobody can reach is the far more common reason a list stays empty.

What to Do Next

  • Build a Lead Capture Form if this list is empty because there's nothing to submit to yet.
  • Route and Be Told About a New Lead so a submission reaches the right person the moment it lands.
  • Work Your Leads to move a submission through your pipeline once you've opened it here.

Keeps track of what you have already been through.
