Board Settings carries one switch, sitting below the stage list, that decides whether BrokerPlus is even allowed to notice a deal has outgrown its stage: Let BrokerPlus suggest stage moves. It's a single org-wide setting, not something you configure board by board.
When You'd Use This
Check this if you want a second set of eyes catching deals that have quietly sat in the wrong column, or if you'd rather your team move every deal by hand and see nothing suggested at all.
What The Toggle Does
With it on, when a deal looks ready to move based on what's actually true of the file, BrokerPlus never drags the card for you. It surfaces the move as a suggestion for a broker to review and accept. With it off, no suggestions appear anywhere, on any board.

8:13Who Can Turn It On Or Off
This is a team-broker-owned setting. Any member of a team can see the current value, but only the team's broker (or an org admin) can change it, through the agent policy your team runs under. If your brokerage has locked the setting at the organization level, the switch on your board shows as set by your team's broker and can't be changed from here.
Reviewing A Suggestion On The Deal
A pending stage move shows up the same way every other suggestion does: a small "suggestions" chip on the deal, marked with a sparkle. Open it to see the proposed move and either accept it, which moves the card, or dismiss it, which leaves the deal exactly where it is.
Letting The Assistant Move A Deal By Itself
Reviewing every suggestion by hand is the default even with this toggle on. To let the assistant carry out a stage move without asking first, you also need to turn on the per-stage Assistant moves in and Assistant moves on flags described in Customize A Board's Stages - this org-wide switch only governs whether suggestions exist in the first place, not whether any one of them gets applied automatically.
Why Both Stages Have To Agree
An automatic move needs the stage the deal is leaving to allow "Assistant moves on" and the stage it's landing in to allow "Assistant moves in." Turn on only one side and the assistant keeps proposing the move for you to accept instead of making it. This is deliberate: a broker who wants automatic movement between two specific stages sets both flags, and every other stage boundary on the board stays a suggestion until you decide otherwise.
Common Gotchas
Turning this org-wide switch on doesn't automatically hand the assistant control of any stage - every board keeps requiring review until you separately flip the per-stage flags. And turning it off doesn't just quiet automatic moves, it removes stage-move suggestions entirely, even ones you'd have reviewed and accepted by hand.
